Colonial Kitchen & Bar gears up for the soft opening of its restaurant slated for the 17^th of January, 2022. The restaurant is a sophisticated and fine dinning cuisine and bar reserved for clientele who enjoy great food. Equipped with a full bar stocked with a range of some of the finest wines, the chic restaurant is poised to tend to even the choicest taste buds.

The restaurant is modern but the food has its roots in the Colonial Era of Asia. The history behind Colonial Kitchen and Bar’s menu makes the experience much more desirable. The restaurant offers Thai-Vietnamese cuisines inspired by a rich culinary art. With the inclusion of Thai cuisines, Colonial Kitchen & Bar celebrates Thailand as the only country in South East Asia not colonized by the Europeans. The menu is also inspired by the vibrant restaurants in Vietnam where successful Vietnamese could meet business men or French Diplomats from Saigon. This history is set at the turn of the 20^th century when a lot of Asian states were colonized.

During the period, the people were experiencing change but the food was better as it was a mix of the new world with the warmth of the the old community.  Colonial Kitchen & Bar is therefore giving its diners the opportunity to enjoy this time changing experience but with fine food. All Colonial Kitchen’s dishes are prepared with early days ingredients but modern style cooking to elevate taste and look and also inspire clean eating.

Diners are promised everything from great tasting food to exceptional drinks and intimate dining experience. As a fine dine-in restaurant, clients are advised to book a reservation ahead of time for confirmation. With doors opening officially on the 17^th, Colonial Kitchen & Bar will operate from 11:0AM – 9:00PM, Mondays to Sundays.
